Keeping your contact information up to date with NCCER is a crucial step in making sure you receive all messages NCCER may have to send. In this article you will learn how to update your directory information by using the Registry System. Users will not be able to change First, Middle, and Last names. Please submit a support request to firstname.lastname@example.org for name changes.
- To access the NCCER Registry, go to www.nccer.org and click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the page.
- Sign into the NCCER single sign on dashboard, and click on the Registry button via the Quick Link navigation.
- Once you have signed into the Registry, you will see a menu bar along the top of the page. Click on My Profile and then the General tab. A menu will appear such as the one featured below:
- Once you are at the General tab of the Profile page, you can click on any of the text boxes to change the information listed inside.
Be sure to fill in all of the required information which includes:
- Date of Birth (D.O.B.)
- Birth City
- Phone Numbers
- Email Address
- Personal Address
- Postal (ZIP) Code
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save once you have finished.
You have now successfully updated your Profile!
From the My Profile page you can see sensitive personal information, such as your last four digits of your social security number (SSN). This does not mean that your SSN will be published. NCCER will never publish your SSN.
Always keep your directory information updated. These records are used by NCCER to send you important information. Don't forget to protect your account by clicking Logoff in the upper right corner of the page and closing the browser when you have finished updating your Profile information.
