In order to provide testing support to our network, NCCER provides testing emergency support from 7:00am - 9:00pm EDT, Monday-Friday.  If you are trying to conduct an assessment or practical exam and are experiencing difficulty, please contact NCCER immediately at 888-622-3720.  You will be connected the testing department where immediate support will be provided.  


Please have the following information available so that we can quickly and efficiently provide you with resolution:

  • Accredited Assessment Center/Assessment Site name
  • Your name
  • Your role (i.e. proctor, Primary Administrator, etc)
  • Your Card #
  • Your email and phone #
  • Test Taker full name(s)
  • Test Taker card #(s)
  • Assessment title(s)
  • Which testing platform are you using?  NCCER Assessment Platform OR Arkiv
  • Details explaining your issue
