In order to provide testing support to our network, NCCER provides testing emergency support from 7:00am - 9:00pm EDT, Monday-Friday. If you are trying to conduct an assessment or practical exam and are experiencing difficulty, please contact NCCER immediately at 888-622-3720, and select option 4. You will be connected the testing department where immediate support will be provided.  


Please have the following information available so that we can quickly and efficiently provide you with resolution:

  • Accredited Assessment Center/Assessment Site name
  • Your name
  • Your role (i.e. proctor, Primary Administrator, etc)
  • Your Card #
  • Your email and phone #
  • Test Taker full name(s)
  • Test Taker card #(s)
  • Assessment title(s)
  • Which testing platform are you using?  NCCER Assessment Platform OR Module Testing Platform
  • Details explaining your issue
