In order to provide testing support to our network, NCCER provides testing emergency support from 7:00am - 9:00pm EDT, Monday-Friday. If you are trying to conduct an assessment or practical exam and are experiencing difficulty, please contact NCCER immediately at 888-622-3720. You will be connected the testing department where immediate support will be provided.

- Your name
- Your role (i.e. proctor, Primary Administrator, etc)
- Your Card #
- Your email and phone #
- Test Taker full name(s)
- Test Taker card #(s)
- Assessment title(s)
- Which testing platform are you using? NCCER Assessment Platform OR Arkiv
- Details explaining your issue
