NCCER sunset the Assessment Coordinator certification effective August 10, 2020.  Anyone who held an Assessment Coordinator certification can still see the certification in the Registry; however, it cannot be renewed.  The existing Assessment Coordinator certification has been replaced with an Assessment Proctor certification displaying the same certification and expiration dates.  The individual will be able to re-certify as an Assessment Proctor per policy, prior to expiration.

As part of the sunset, NCCER has re-written the Assessment Proctor Certification Training to include additional information so that certified assessment proctors, certified August 10, 2020 or after, are able to fulfill the role of Authorized Assessment Site (AAS) Representative.
