Printing


Equipment Requirements

  • 1200 x 1200 DPI black-and-white printing
  • Do not use an inkjet printer
  • Duplex (double-sided) printing must not be used, each page must be blank on the back

Scanning

 

Equipment Requirements

  • Automatic document feeder holding 15 sheets or more
  • Minimum 600 DPI native optical resolution or greater
  • Minimum 600 DPI B&W or 300 DPI color/grayscale output

Multi-function Printer/Copier (Meet Print and Scan Specification Requirements)

Most recent digital copiers from major vendors will meet the minimum requirements. If you are unsure whether your machine meets those requirements, please contact the vendor directly. 


If your current copier/multi-function printer does not meet the minimum requirements for printing and scanning paper tests, you may want to consider the following product lines:
