The Associated Organizations tab allows the Sponsor Representative or Primary Administrator to view and manage all training and testing facilities that are affiliated with the Accredited Training Sponsor (ATS) or Accredited Assessment Center (AAC). From this list you can update the facility representative, mailing preferences, address and other contact information. If a location is no longer working under your organization you can deactivate them in the system. This replaces section 4 of the old Form 300. NCCER recommends that you go over your Associated Organizations list at least on an annual basis.
Before deactivating the training location (TU/ATEF) in the Registry system, first review and remove any pre-assigned module tests for students within the Testing system if applicable.
The following roles can un-assign tests; Sponsor Representative, Secondary Representative, Support role or anyone with the ‘Manage Test’ role.
