The Arkiv system requires that users change their passwords at least once every 90 days.  If a user either forgets their password OR forgets to change their password within the 90 day time period, then their password must be reset:


If you are an Arkiv user other than the Primary Administrator, you must contact your Primary Administrator who can assist you with resetting your password.


If you are the Assessment Center Primary Administrator, please speak to an NCCER customer service representative to have your password reset.
