New Testing Emergency Call Queue 


Beginning today, AUGUST 26, 2019,  the Testing Department will be providing extra support in addition to  normal business hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM, for Testing Emergencies in  the mornings beginning at 7AM EST to 8:30AM EST and evening hours from 5:30PM-9PM EST. 


This  service is only for customers with an individual who is currently sitting for a test that cannot proceed due to technical difficulties.  All other callers will be directed to leave a message for Customer  Service, or a ticket will be entered for follow up during  normal  business hours. 


There is a new phone prompt during after hours directing customers to dial extension 4 to reach the  Technical  Support Line outside of normal business hours.
