REMEMBER – Primary Administrators and Sponsor Representatives are responsible for managing roles and access in the Registry.
  • Clean Up the Personnel List-
Remove individuals who are not affiliated with your organization or should no longer have access.
  • Change a Facility Representative -
Check your Associated Organizations list to ensure that facility representatives are correct.
  • Assign User Roles-
Train and certify individuals according to NCCER policies and based on the access/functions they need in their position.
  • Update facility representatives and roles assigned to individuals when staff responsibilities change or people leave the organization.
The accuracy and completeness of form submissions, approvals, and information changed within the Registry is still ultimately the responsibility of the Sponsor Representative or Primary Administrator.
